1946–1947 – graduated from Vilnius State Art Institute and the Surikov Art Institute in Moscow where he attended the classes of Pyotr Kotov, Vasily Pochitalov and Vasily Nechitailo.
Eduard Bragovsky has been exhibiting his paintings since 1954. They could be frequently seen at Moscow’s, republican and all-union art exhibitions. He had his one-man-shows in Moscow in 1971 and 1982, in USA in 1991, in Spain in 1992. Eduard Bragovsky’s one-man show represented the Russian Artists’ Union at the ART-Salon-2000 in Moscow.
Bragovsky’s paintings can be found in

• many Russian regional public art museums
• some private collections in Germany, Japan, UK, Italy, USA and France.
