1932–1936 – a student of Nikolai Krymov at Moscow’s Memory of 1905 art school
1936–1941 and 1947–1948 – a student of Sergei Gerasimov and Alexander Osmerkin at the Surikov Art Institute
1934 – started to exhibit his paintings publicly.

Fyodor Glebov had his one-man shows in 1973 (Moscow), 1975 (Vladimir, Ryazan, Kirov, Syktyvkar), 1984 (Moscow).
