• Ilya Repin State Prize of the Russian Federation
Vladimir Telin studied art at Moscow secondary art school followed by the Surikov Art Institute which he graduated from in 1967.
He has participated in various art exhibitions since 1968.
Vladimir Telin’s paintings can be found in
