Studied art at Moscow’s Memory of 1905 art school , the class of Pyotr Petrovichev
1945 – graduated from the All-Union Film Institute where his teachers were Fyodor Bogorodsky and Konstantin Morozov

His paintings can be found in the public museums in Russia and in private collections all over the world.

Exhibitions:

Viktor Chulovich participated in numerous art exhibitions beginning from 1952: at home (1958, 1965, 1967, 1970 and 1972) and abroad (in Poland, Czechoslovakia, Finland, UK, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Japan).

Personal exhibitions:

Chulovich had his one man show in Moscow in 1972.
