Member of Artists’ Union of the USSR
Awarded the Ilya Repin State Prize of the Russian Federation (1991)

1956 – finished Moscow secondary art school
1962 – graduated from the Surikov Art Institute, the class of Professor Dmitri Mochalsky
1964 – became a student of Boris Ioganson at the art workshops of the USSR Academy of Arts

Fedosov’s paintings can be found in
• Tretyakov Gallery (Moscow)
• Tver Picture Gallery
• Tula Museum of Fine Arts
• Art Prima Gallery
• many other Russian regional museums as well as abroad.

Exhibitions:

Nikita Fedosov’s paintings were publicly exhibited for the first time in1962. That one was followed by many others held both in Russia and abroad.

Personal exhibitions:

He had his one-man shows in Moscow in 2000 and 2006.
